When Faye Stanton, a senior in high school, has to go to her new algebra teacher Mr.Grayson for extra credit because she's failing his class, she encounters an interesting, caring man, whom she singles out of all of her other teachers.
The young and innocent Faye, begins to fall for her teacher more and more each visit despite the fact that he's a 23 year old man with a wife and daughter. Mr.Grayson admits to having similar feelings towards Faye,
