I've researched Japanese Yokai a bit after reading an awesome web comic series called Erma and I thought it would be cool to do a Harionago as a Quirk. Basically it is a woman who has hooked barbs at the ends of her hair that is used to ensnare her captives. COMMENTS ARE APPRECIATED! 😁
