Expelled and blacklisted from every hero school in Japan had made her dream impossible. Hell she couldn't even get a decent job due to the backlash. Treated like a villain and disowned we find her on her last leg.....

So the fight between All Might and All for One never happened due to that reason. They did fight but All for One got away. Age gaps so don't like those don't read this.
