Hōseki was a 16 year old girl living in the suburbs of New York. However, you wouldn't say she had the most normal life. Hōseki was a werewolf. Her mother and brother had passed away many years ago during a car accident, and only she and he father had survived. After the death of his wife, and mate, Hōseki's father began abusing Hōseki. He pulled her out of school and held her in the small basement of their house. Unable to live the normal life of a werewolf that Hōseki so horribly wanted, the only hope Hōseki could find was in the fact that her mate was out there, somewhere. Waiting.

And so he was.
