All your life you have been involved in black magic, the dark arts. Rituals, spells, runes and sacrifices. You've done it all ever since you were of a young age. After the disappearance of your father, you were given his grimoire to keep and continue the practice of the dark arts and the legacy of your family and cult.
On a frigid night, you got a terrible dream. A dream that lead you to investigate a village within the mountains of Romania where you met five powerful people. However, one out of the five were in grave danger and knowing the perpetrator, you couldn't let it continue with its intention.

Every year, Lyra's village gathers beneath the ancient statues of the Fates, offering prayers and sacrifices to keep the creeping darkness at bay. The Ruined Kingdom stands in the distance, a forbidden place where no one enters and no one leaves. A place ruled by a king who does not age, does not die, and does not care for the world beyond his walls. Lyra has never believed in fate, only in survival. Because the deeper she delves into the mystery of the King and the kingdom he rules behind the walls, the more she realizes: Some destinies are written in blood. And some fates are meant to be broken.
