Imagine yourself as given two choices - self-respect or Life. If you choose life, then you will have to survive with no self-respect but if you choose self-respect then you will have to give up on your life. At times, it is easy for people to say - " It's better to die rather than living with no self-respect. " but when they are actually given the choice to do so, there are hardly any who would do the same. Read the story of Reet, a highschooler who was leading a normal life but maybe destiny had something else stored in for her. She was betrayed by fate by experiencing the same situation and now all that was left to bear was the consequences to stay strong and choosing self-respect over her life.
