As the dark spirit awakens within Jaune, the once amiable and earnest Huntsman-in-training finds himself at the center of a malevolent power struggle. The clash between Jaune's noble heart and Sukuna's insatiable hunger for chaos threatens to shatter the delicate balance of Remnant.

As Sukuna's influence grows, Jaune's teammates in Team RWBY are faced with an arduous choice: stand by their friend or confront the malevolent force that has overtaken him. With every passing day, Sukuna's malevolence becomes more potent, and his power threatens to unravel everything Jaune holds dear.

As the battles escalate and the lines blur between Jaune and Sukuna, the fate of Remnant hangs in the balance. Will Jaune find the strength to resist Sukuna's influence and reclaim his body, or will the darkness consume him, leaving behind a trail of destruction?

Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it? DISCLAIMER: I do not own RWBY or any of the pictures you may see in this book. All of them belong to Rooster Teeth and owners respectively. I only own the non-canon characters and changes to the plot and history of RWBY. There will be strong language and gore, so if you're easily offended, I recommend you to not read this book.
