Two centuries ago, the roots of every dimension began manifesting fissures, causing distortion to the flow of energy and time. Since then, worlds continued to crumble and be destroyed caused by errors from the loclines.

The designated root of every dimension was akin to a dysfunctional pipe, leaking its contents hence scattering across the universe. Those abandoned by their own dimension were moved to another, eventually leading to its destruction.
