Along the way, he discovers a diary that Light kept, filled with his thoughts and plans for the future. This diary becomes a guide for Haruki as he struggles to find his own identity and purpose.
As Haruki investigates the Scribes of Judgment, he realizes that there is a far more sinister force at play-a hidden organization manipulating events from the shadows, seeking to harness the power of the Death Note for their own nefarious purposes. Haruki must gather allies, including former investigators and allies of L, to uncover the truth and put an end to the organization's dangerous machinations.

Then, the person who I'm forced to sit with talks to me again... Light.. But I know that knowing Light... Makes me feel uneasy. Especially ever since I passed notes with him in high school. Ever since then, I saw something by his side at all times, a shinigami... Shinigami.. Gods of death... Then there's a notebook I noticed that Light had.. Death note... I think Light is Kira.. But then I meet L, a member of the group who's working on the Kira case, the best detective in Japan, the one person who hides his identity.... Can I tell him..? Can I trust him...? He seems to trust me enough to tell me that he's L. But there are a few things stuck in my head... Why did he offer me to help him? Why does he want me to help at all? Why does he want me by his side? Why does he want me to choose a letter as a name? Especially for broadcasting? L.... You care about me... Don't you? Or... Are you just trying to make me feel welcome..? This was originally going to have a character but then I decided to make it and L x Reader story.
