Vampires. Some people say they're dangerous creatures who rise at night to feed from humans. They are sharp-whited long teeth creatures with awestrucking red-eye monstrous night creatures. They can act like NORMAL PEOPLE at day but when the moon rises at night they moved fast to capture their victim.Their hungriness is taken away IF and ONLY IF they drink the blood of their prey which are the  scared and fresh-blooded people.
They compel you to do things just by looking deep in your eyes without even you knowing. They can hear you even if they are far from you. They can sense wherever you are even if you're hiding. You can't runaway from them. They'll hunt you. They'll drain your blood until your dead. 20,000 years ago the vampire race was born in to the world, causing wars between the human races and the vampire races this war started with the first king of the vampires who claimed that the human race was a disgrace and should be eliminated to make way for new race, a stronger more powerful race of vampires, humans were weak but found the courage to stand up and fight, with so many lost they are still fighting for dominance and freedom some just cant take it so they flee and take the easy way out, and some are just to curious for their own good and turn into the monsters they were trying to rid, for 20,000 years the war has been going on and new generations of human and vampires surfaced but 500 years ago there was a prophecy that was said that a human girl and a vampire boy will end the long years of battle and unite the two races into one but the vampires doesn't want it to happen so they fought even harder to prevent this prophecy and so the world was now a battlefield for lost souls and for those human who survived are now hidden in safety and forming an army to strike back they now call themselves vampire hunters, and among them is the 18 year old girl who will fulfill the prophecy and change the world.

We don't burst into flame, or melt in the sunlight, and we definitely do not sparkle in the sun either. As vampires, we live for thousands, and sometimes even hundreds of thousands of years (if a pesky, self-righteous human doesn't drive a stake into our heart first...). I am not young by vampire terms. New and young vampires, are "Newlings". Until a vampire is at least one hundred years old, they can't turn a human into a vampire, and are considered a Newling. But I'm what we call a "Maturling". Maturlings are at least a century old. In vampire years, I'm one hundred, on the dot. Though in human years, I'm about twenty-one. There is a third category of vampires called "Purelings". Purelings are vampires who have always been － well, vampires, － and have never had a single human in their family tree. Purelings, unlike all other vampires, can turn a human at any age. (Imagine being turned into a vampire by a toddler... yikes). Like with all cultures, there are things that are forbidden. For vampires, we are not allowed, by any means, to turn a human out of spite, or if they refuse to be one of us, but when feelings are surface, they can change things forever...

Vampire's lives in Earth just like Humans do. Vampires also have necessities. They have family, they seek for shelter and so called home. They wear clothes they want. Just not as flashy as humans do. They like to wear darker shade of color. They hunt for their food, they kill their prey and fulfill their hunger. Just a bit different with humans. Vampires preys on Humans blood. Vampires can be a loner in terms of hunting but the best way to hunt is to be with your family. Chanting your prey or seduce them. There is a rare case for a vampire to roam alone in a city but when they do they always leave without a trace. They don't settle to one place for a long time. Passing your Bloodlines to the next generation is very important too. Every bloodline has hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of vampires, scattered all throughout the world. Every bloodlines has a very powerful king or queen that settles to old castles or huge caves. Powerful? Magical? That's what Humans terms for what they use to enchant their prey. Bloodlines? What bloodline is he from?

As long as there have been humans, there have been vampires. No one really knows why, it's just always been like that. The most accepted theory is that because of extreme hunger in some areas long, long ago, some humans evolved so they could feed off each other, but nothing is certain. Because of this, a contract was made in the year 1900 in the United States, named the Contract of Separation. This contract states that from 08.00, humans can roam the Earth freely, but once 20.00 rolls around, any humans outside are prey for the vampires, in the same way that vampires out after 08.00 can be killed freely. This Contract was the foundation of the Law of Abandonment. Any human or vampire who commits a crime, will be released upon the beginning of their race's curfew to be killed by the other race. If any of them survive, they'll get to live in peace and wealth until they die. Some even actively committed a crime just because of that possibility, but few ever survived. It was with these thoughts churning through her mind that fourteen-year old Y/N was thrown in a holding cell for stealing an apple. While accepting the fact that she would die just an hour after imprisonment, Y/N met seventeen-year old Oh Sehun, who definitely didn't plan on dying upon release. Over centuries people thought Vampires are fictional,not real.Little did they know they are existing in this world,they thought wrong and now they have over taken 70% of the human population.Humans are caught and used as food until dead ;a slave or lastly "blessed" to become a vampire.For those 30% of humans still left we live between walls and set into little villages.We are always in need of food and medicine ,therefore everyone in these villages has one or two jobs.As in for me,Aspen;I am a supply finder.I go outside the walls and find medicines,foods and other things like clothes and such.I risk my life doing this pretty much every day. Its a sad life but I rather be here then be one with vampires any day.Over my dead body. PS:this was my first story so there is a lot of errors but I'm busy-or lazy and don't want to go through and fix them.Because it could change the story if I do~so yeah read at your own risk??
