Hera tried so hard to be the kind of wife that Zeus would return to, would never even think of straying from, but everyone knew it was a lost cause. Something that not everyone knew was that Hera had never even loved her husband, and she was straddling the line between bliss and remorse whenever she was with the person she did love.
Somehow people always seemed to forget that the goddess of marriage had never wanted to be a queen.

When the Goddess of Spring had successfully escaped the Underworld, The King of the Dead was determined on finding her. In order for her to start a new life, Persephone changed her looks and created a mortal name; Jade Collins. Expecting she'd be far away from the King of the Underworld, she then met a gentleman with a miserable past of his fiancéé leaving him. His name you ask, Nicholas Barnes; Hades' mortal name. And so when fate gets twisted and undeniably confusing, the Goddess of Spring and the King of the Underworld were clueless about each other's real personality. I became a forest nymph with very ordinary powers and an ordinary nymph-like face. I spend my days playing with the other nymphs or enjoying my time flattering Artemis and listening to Hera's issue with his Horny husband, Zeus.
