/I've seen too many marauders tik toks and they inspired me to write this./ Me: I like Tom Hughes as Tom. Also me: Marauders kinnie. Results: THIS FIC ^^^^ A two part story: 1st part: 6,000 words. 2nd part: 10,700 w. An AU where Tom was born the same era with my fav squad, meaning the 70s - 80s. He is on enemy level with them, although he is quickly drawn to a particular someone from the group because of their strength of character and fierce loyalty. /I love messing with the HP time line, you must have guessed it by now. What if James was in love with Regulus as well as Lily? After Sirius left for Hogwart he left his younger brother, Regulus Black behind to deal with their parent alone. Now, Sirius has made new friends and left his family in the past. Regulus knew things were different the moment Sirius didn't come home for the holidays in his first year. Now, Regulus is at Hogwarts, although his and his Gryffindor brother's relationship is completely different. Eventually, Regulus starts getting dragged along to the Marauderers hangouts and develops feelings for his brother's best friend. (Bare with me, the first 10 or so chapters are probably crap but it gets better) Tw: Please be aware of the fact that there may be intended mention of child abuse at certain points throughout the fic but I never directly write it. Part 2: Sirius and Remus are in love, but the world is shifting, and the Marauders are growing older. Soon, they will have to leave Hogwarts and find their own way through the world among the growing turmoil in the wizarding community. These are stories of love, friendship, family, and sometimes pain that shape the Marauders during their final years at Hogwarts and beyond. Most of what you are about to read was written around three years ago during a difficult period in my life. I won't go into the details of such things here, but I can say that writing about the Marauders, often daily at the time, was an escape for me and what was initially a plan for a cohesive second installment of my "Mirror Moon" story quickly changed into something that resembled a collection of moments. I figured I'd never be able to share it because the story doesn't run smoothly, but when I opened the document today and saw that I'd written over 170,000 words, I knew that I needed to comb through it and find the individual stories within. All I hope is that these stories can bring you joy, entertainment or even just a short escape as they did for me all those years ago.
