Over the years the FBI had gotten dozens of reports of strange things going on at Hawkins Laboratory. Though there was nothing conclusive the reports were deemed serious enough to send an agent out to look around and ask a few questions. When she runs into a young man named Henry, silently screaming for some sort of help, she knows she can't just leave him there alone in the hands of Dr. Brenner.
