    Ally Johnson and Marcus Springer have been together for over 6 months. Their relationship seems perfect, minus the sex. Marcus receives a job opportunity at New York. As an aspiring lawyer herself, Ally understands Marcus's enthusiasm to work at one of the best law firms in New York. Ally later notices odd behavior from Marcus after he left but still believes, "Everything is fine" as he'd put it. 
    
    When a surprise trip to New York ends horribly, Ally is left alone and broken. Her life back in Michigan is forever changed, yet again and has to learn to deal with the devastation and hurt inside of her. With her friends by her side and school to keep her busy, her sole goal of graduating from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, keeps her distracted. 
    
    Ally tries to bring back the lightness and happiness she once felt. While doing so, she receives notice of an  interview at one of the BEST law firms in the country has her name on it. It might just seem as if Ally's life is finally where it should be.
    
    Her dream job is everything she could have wanted and so much more. Being a lawyer has always been something she's wanted, and for once in her life, Ally Johnson has got what she'd prayed for. Her new life seems perfect up until Patrick Wood falls into her lap. With Ally still not ready to love or trust, will she let Patrick in?
    
    What is it about Patrick that draws her in? What will she do when she finds out who Patrick really is? Will the lies he kept from her be enough to keep them apart? Ally will have to make a choice in what she calls her "twisted love"
    
    WARNING: This is my first book and will eventually need a full edit. It is edited but not completely so there might be mistakes here and there but I hope you overlook them and just enjoy the story. The idea came to me one day and I felt I had to write about it.
