Everyone has trauma in some form or another. You can't escape it. Trauma is natural. Trauma is pain. Pain brings panic. People react in different ways. They panic in different ways. This is the story of how I found out what my trauma is. How I found out my trauma. My pain. How I discovered my reaction to my pain. My panic.
This is a journey of self-discovery and healing. A journey of emotions and love. A journey of life and growth. But in the end growth hurts. Life hurts. Everything hurts when you have to fix it. In the end, trauma is a bitch.
