Unfinished Tale (✔️)

Whenever Cleotha falls into deep slumber, strange and vague dreams haunt her. Vague faces of people. Vivid old places. Familiar heartbeats. Familiar euphoria. Familiar heartaches. And the familiar love that she shares with the man in her dreams. She would find herself looking at her reflection on an old mirror, while her hand was holding a white feather quill, and would write on a notebook that seemed so dear to her.

Until she just found herself writing a new novel that got inspired by her dreams, and strangely, the plot that she thinks about matches her dreams, including her characters' names. At the same time, she meets Leviathan, a visual arts student who bears a striking resemblance to the man in her dreams. As time passes and she is with him, the novel that she writes continues to develop, and at the same time, the familiar love that they feel for each other fuels their closeness.

She seems to be writing an unfinished tale from the past, in 1820, that has long been forgotten. A romantic and tragic tale to be exact that she never thought was hers 200 years ago as Maria Isabella Fonseca, a writer and the middle child among Fonseca siblings who was then considered the black sheep of the family, met Lucas Delgado, a nobleman painter whom she thought wouldn't become a subject in her poems.

As Cleotha and Leviathan slowly uncover the subsequent events in their past lives, will they be able to complete their unfinished tale? Or will history repeat itself that involves betrayal committed by the improbable villain?
