The Imaginary Friend (A Tom Hiddleston Fanfiction)

When Cora Eve Johnson was a little girl, around the tender age of five, she only had three things which she cared most about in the world; ice-cream, afternoon naps and playtime with Sir Lancelot, her imaginary friend.

Being brought up in an orphanage was tough for Cora. The charming British gentleman was her only source of comfort during those tough times in her life.

However, one day, Sir Lancelot no longer appeared at their usual designated playtime meetings. Cora soon learned to move on from Sir Lancelot's abrupt disappearance from her life. With time, other things like school, gossip and boys slowly replaced her old list of priorities which consisted of ice-cream, afternoon naps and of course, Sir Lancelot.

Presently, Cora is now an independent young woman tangled in her own mess of dilemmas. There is only so much a 20 year-old college girl can handle before she finally reaches her limit.

With her childhood life so far behind her, she never would have thought that her once upon a time imaginary friend would one day appear to her aid and rescue once again.

A/N: Although I won't be using Tom's actual name in here, I will still use him as one of the main characters under a different name and treat this piece of writing as fan fiction material :)
