10th graders Maddison Klan and Ali Harkness try to find their way though a life without eachother after Maddison has surgery and everything changes, will Maddison be able to accept the new her, will Ali be able to handle the change and move on? It's a race against time because if things don't start getting better for Maddison her Mom said they would have to move away.

(this is a angst bomb and really sad, nobody dies but you really don't catch a break with this one, also it switches POVs between chapters)
(Also it's a dream smp AU that I made [yes be proud of me] and this is kinda like ghostboo and tubbo lore so you can tell this is gonna be hella angsty, it doesn't follow exactly but kinda close I would say)
