Three thousand years down the drain just like that because she hadn't found her soulmate yet. and as far as supernatural creatures went Griffins were known to be the most destructive species, it was a griffin who had been responsible for the " sinking of Atlantis". it was lucky that there were only five of us alive at the moment, Griffins were o product of mutation when two different species procreated. and we were very rare like one in a billion rare!
so this was my farewell tour, I will visit all the places of note around the world until it was time for me to bite the bullet. that is how I finally met him, in my own home country, while he and his family were visiting for a BTS concert. he ran up to me and grabbed my hand, stopping me on dead my tracks. the first thing that registered is that he shouldn't be able to do that, he was a fucking toddler. The second was when I looked into his eyes my soul settled, I no longer felt like I was about to burst out of my own skin.
That's how I knew I had met my soulmate, that feeling of being on pins and needles dipped in steroids had been my companion from the day I hit puberty. I was thankful I was no longer in pain but the fact that my mate was an infant simply drove me up the wall.

With Griffin it's different. His touch is comforting and tingly, definitely one of the most pleasant feelings in the world.
