jealousy

What happens when Tommy has to go because of something his foster brother did? and he noticed his mistakes to late for tommy to come back? Will Tommy be allowed to go back to them or will he have to cut contact completly?

This is one of my shorter one shots , it may be short but i still tried my best :)
