Chuuya wasn't happy with how Dazai was dodging him, spending less and less time with him to the point, he even missed out on an arcade day that they always did together. Chuuya had enough and told him how he felt, not holding back any words like he did in the past. But what he said would change things completely for him, more then he wished it would. As his future was just starting, another one was ending.

Chuuya is woken up in the middle of the night, with an invitation to witness Dazai's death, by an old friend of Odasaku who thinks Dazai is the reason why Oda died. He also thinks Chuuya is Dazai's best friend who would shed buckets of tears for the rest of eternity, after his death. He couldn't have been more delusional. Eitherway Chuuya goes with an intent of taking a selfie with Dazai's dying form and ends up realizing two things. 1. Dazai was still important to him. 2. He still hated Dazai. Friendship. "What is love, and how do you get rid of it?" Dazai doesn't typically feel any emotions, at all- or at least he can't understand them. He hates that Chuuya makes him feel emotions, specifically the emotion of love, so he in turn despises Chuuya for it instead. And it's driving him crazy. "I won't let you get away this time." Chuuya is doing his best to get over Dazai, but as usual, nothing goes according to plan for him. No matter how much Chuuya tries to deny it or change them, he can't get rid of his feelings. So he finally does something different about it. Despite that, he's plagued with horrid nightmares of everyone dying and all because of him. As always he can't seem to get away from Chuuya either with him being the focal point of every nightmare and it did have an impact on him. Dazai realises he in fact holds strong feelings for the short ginger man. Naturally, of course when one side of double black changes so does the other. All this while trying to deal with 7 missing people and 6 missing families is a lot to juggle.
