Keke is not looking forward to freshman year because of her parent's decisions to transfer her from Layton High where the cute boys and all of her friends are to Riverside High school where she knows practically no one and there are only 4 boys in freshman year. But it's at Riverside where she realizes the importance of family and friendship. And also experiences her first crush.
