Ally's cousin maya comes to live with them in Miami, after her parents die in a horrible car accident. Ally's cousin, is very sarcastic, speaks her mind, and hates austin, but is secretly involve with him.She thinks austin looks like he from texas and alwys calls him name names and teases him. She is scared to tell everyone how she is really feeling inside. She blames herself fro her parents death, and is closed off from everything she once was. She used sing, dance, write songs, but now she keeps it all inside, just like her feelings. She blames ally for being the only one who can be famous in her family and says everyone expects her to fail.
