Nightmare, never in their life, have they felt normal, especially after the day they were corrupted. For years, they stayed hidden away, as their older brother, Dream, constantly tried to find them, but, to no avail, has yet to be seen.
But then, Cross and Nightmare meet in the anti-void, being aquatinted, and even though the monochromatic skeleton found out over time, what was going on with the smaller skeleton, he never left their side.

TWs!!! because I can't seem to tag them for some reason! abuse, mental health issues, torture, mental break downs, manipulation, all that fun stuff. This is NOT a lighthearted story! Nightmare had been alone in his head for the longest time. For 500 years he was able to gain more power, a castle, a gang, and a reputation of one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse. But when Dream had broken out of stone, someone else made themselves known, someone who should have been dead. OR Corrupted Nightmare is a parasite and Passive Nightmare refuses to die.
