While the People in the South are sipping their Cocktails by their big Mansions, people get shot in the North by the Mafia who ruled the area.
Nobody knows how the legendary Mafia boss of the North looks or even his first name, thats why everybody calls him "The Phantom".
But what happens when young 20 year old Summer witnessed a murder and sees his face..
