This is a silly little story I began writing to keep myself sane during the low points of Covid lockdown in 2020. It's not supposed to be serious or literary, and I really only wrote it for myself to enjoy. That said, "House of Anubis" meets "Lost in Austen" as Sarah Pierce is magically plopped into the fictional world of her favorite childhood television series, only to wreck the plot and find herself scrambling to repair the narrative and return safely home. But as Sarah settles into her new role as Anubis House's Chosen One and leader of Sibuna, she must decide if she truly wants to give up the life she's coveted since she was nine, or if she's ready to flip the scrip and become the hero of her own story.
