In a far off galaxy a great war comenced between two alien worlds. In an atempt to save the youth of their planet two young aliens are sent to Earth. Uncertain of their future, brother and sister, Maxwell and Leia must take the form of, and learn the ways of humans in order to survive. Fortunately, they won't have to face their new challenges alone.
Maxwell and Leia, found by Casey and her daughter Emily, learn about humans through movies that they watch in Casey's video store. Soon, Max and Leia learn that life is not as it is in the movies, as they experience high school, friendship, and love.
