Shikanoin Heizou is a world famous detective located in Inazuma, and the owner of Shikanoin Detective Agency. Aether Viatrix is a tourist, well wanderer more like, traveling between each of the seven nations.
It's late, around 1 am, when Aether finally arrives in Inazuma and makes his way to Sangonomiya Hotel. Right when he gets to the door to the lobby, he feels a hand on his shoulder, spinning him around. "Sir, you are under arrest on suspicion of murder."
