WARNING: THIS IS A SEQUEL TO ANOTHER STORY I HAVE POSTED, TITLED 'FROM EDEN'. READ THAT BEFORE THIS ONE, OR ELSE YOU WILL BE CONFUSED AND THERE WILL BE SPOILERS. - - Inpatient rehabilitation is hard. Paige Hyland learned that when she made a reservation for a six month program in July to try and stay sober off of hard drugs and alcohol. However, she often thought it was the only decision she made that kept her alive through her addiction and heartbreak. Eventually, by December, Paige developed meaningful relationships within her program, and she felt hardly alone. Her family also visited during guest hours; she would take three hours with them on Mondays, which became her favorite day of the week. Her least favorite day of the week, however, was Thursday. It was the day the facility would receive the most mail, and the Monroeville Rehabilitation and Wellness Center had just issued a pen pal from across the United States to each one of the patients to help increase their ability of maintaining respectful relationships. tw: descriptions of substance/alcohol abuse, language, withdrawal - A present day, fictional Dance Moms story -

Step one: graduate. Step two: accidentally sleep with your best friend. Step three: get trapped working summer camp together because your other best friend has no sense of boundaries. Now Enya and Maddie are sharing a cabin, pretending nothing happened, and doing a terrible job at it. It's hot. It's messy. It's gay. * * * The summer before college was supposed to be chill; sunburns, iced lattes, maybe a mild existential crisis. But when Skylar signs everyone up to be counselors at a middle school camp, Enya and Maddie find themselves trapped in a mosquito-infested nightmare... together. One small problem: They may or may not have ACCIDENTALLY hooked up after graduation. And Maddie is convinced Enya planned the whole thing. Between canoe races gone wrong, s'mores that end in arguments, and bunkhouse confessions they swore would never happen again, both girls are about to learn that feelings aren't something you can logic your way out of-or yell your way past. Because sometimes the person who drives you craziest... is the one who feels like home.
