A 4000 year old Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, was banished and forgotten by the Time Lords to live out his lives on earth, to keep up with his appearance the Time Lord took the name Librarian and opened a book store in a small english city, with the hopes to never be found...
However 200 years later and two regenerations, that changed when a girl walks into the book store, looking for a safe place to hide.
