At first, they thought it was just the wind rustling through the trees. But then they heard the sound of footsteps crunching on the leaves. They turned around, but there was no one there.
Suddenly, one of the hunters let out a scream. He had been grabbed from behind by something unseen, and was being pulled away into the darkness. The rest of the group rushed to his aid, but it was too late. He was gone, dragged away by some unseen force.
