The ninja were getting bored of not doing anything after they had defeated The Overlord for the third time, so Wu decides to send the ninja to another realm, where they can have a normal life and go to highschool. Posing as transfer students from Japan, they realize there is more to this world than meets the eye.

(fem. reader) My name is Y/n, and I am an orphan. Everyone, even the caretakers and other kids, picked on me at the orphanage. I had no friends, and I was bullied for liking Lego shows, especially Ninjago. I'm school, in the orphanage, almost everywhere I went, I was bullied and beaten. There were even times at the orphange when I wasn't allowed to eat. Ninjago was the only thing that brought me comfort over there. One day, I was about 15, I was walking back to the orphanage after another day of school, but a cry was heard. I saw that a kid was being bullied. The bullies had pushed the kid into the street, right in front of an oncoming car, so I had to act. I pushed the kid out of the way and got hit instead. I woke up in the hospital, tired and exhausted of this miserable life, so I pulled the plug on myself. I thought that was it, until I woke up as a baby, being held by, this can't be right, Misako from Ninjago, and Garmadon as well. They called me their daughter, their little Y/n. That's when I realized... I was the f-ing green ninja.

Ever since the Overlord was defeated Ninjago seemed to be cleansed from evil. There was no one for the ninja to fight anymore. The rest of the Ninja started their "new lives" but Lloyd is constantly busy, he barely even sees Misty and worries about how she feels towards him after he was given all the credit for saving Ninjago. When he does get to talk with her, she seems a little off, but as more strange things happen and the Ninja once again find themselves fighting for the greater good of Ninjago. Together, they are thrown in the deep end as they get kidnapped by the evil forces that plot against the empire. Together, the two must survive and make their way back to Ninjago City in order to stop what ends up not only causing darkness, but also great loss, agony and hardships. Together, they must defeat the unexpected traitor and restore peace to the land of Ninjago.
