Years have passed since the end of the rebellion brought on by young Katniss Everdeen; who has now settled down with her 2 children, Willow an Rye, and husband, Peeta Mellark. Still scarred from the treacherous games that took place long ago, Katniss struggles to keep her children safe by locking away anything that can bring back painful and vivid memories. Though one day while Katniss and Peeta are out hunting, Willow stumbles upon something that she was not suppose to find, her curiosity leads her to do something that has much more severe consequences that she could ever imagine.
