Home has always meant one thing for Elizabeth Baker: the small house where she spent the first five years of her life, before her mom kicked the bucket and she was left for the foster care system. Now, fourteen year old Liz has already been placed into plenty of foster houses that haven't worked out, and she's getting tired of it. That's when her search into genealogy reveals her biological dad (maybe): genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and apparent father-Anthony Edward Stark. Her new situation isn't quite what she imagined, but that's her home now-right? That is, until CPS comes with Clint and Laura Barton. With her world spinning out of control, Liz will have to decide where her home really is-and what she's willing to sacrifice for it.
Note: lots of timeline-bending shenanigans are ahead. Prepare yourself for slightly less-than-canonical events.

When Kai turned fifteen, her father had been taken under control by Loki, so Natasha promised the young girl and her family that she'd bring Clint back. Nick Fury had other plans though, since he knew how amazing Kai was with a bow and arrow, as well as in a physical fight, he recruited Kai to help defeat Loki. She worked beside her father, once Natasha had gotten him past his mind control. Three years later, Kai was an official Avenger, much to Laura's dismay. Laura loved Kai, and she was scared Kai would end up hurt or worse because of the Avengers, much like she had worried for Clint.
