~After a young girl loses both her parents and is left stranded with her cruel stepmother and mean stepsisters, she finds herself in a horrible environment. Until one day, the prince decided to host a grand ball where every maiden in the land was invited to attend. The both of them meet each other at the royal ball and share the first dance. But before the prince was able to get the name of the maiden, she had to leave as she had to be home before midnight. And in doing so she left behind a glass slipper. The prince then uses this to aid him in his search for the mysterious girl...but will he find her?

So there was a ball and a shoe incident. I don't want to bore you with details, it sucked and I hate dancing. I'll make the story short for you. To please my father the king, I'm traveling the countryside searching for the owner of the shoe and everyone but me seems to believe that when I find her, I'll live happily ever after... ... F**ng shoe! 👠 We all know the fairytale: Cinderella, the fairy godmother, the pumpkin, the cute animals, the ball and the happy ending. But what if the prince doesn't want a wife at all? Maybe he doesn't even want to be a prince? This Prince Charming is hopelessly in love with his best friend Adam and has no intention at all to marry whoever owns the glass shoe. Will he ever come out and tell his friend about his feelings? And what will happen when the shoe finally finds it's owner? The King and Queen walk side by side until they come to their thrones, the Prince walking about five feet behind and moving towards the smaller throne to the King's left. The King and Queen sit down on their thrones in unison. The Prince doesn't. Even I can see the way his shoulders are bristling, a sort of confused wonder dawning on his face. And I would swear he is looking directly at me. //// Lee Collins wants to help her sister, Lucy. She has a vision of a future away from their dad, where Lucy could be healthy and they would have some chance of happiness. When Lee's only friend helps her sneak into the royal ball on the minuscule chance that an attending doctor would be willing to help, Lee ends up fleeing the party early, chased by none other than her mate. Lee finds herself locked in from all sides, desperate to escape the suffocating implications of a mate but frantic to fight for a future for her sister that she still believes possible. Working in the Royal Palace to save escape money is a terrible idea when you have a controlling father, but it's an even worse idea when the mate that you're avoiding is the Prince. //Marked Mature just in case for violence. general trigger warning. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth. "Mistress" is given to a woman yet to inherit an estate, though of high-class breed (one would not refer to a beggar or maid as 'Mistress').
