Now, he wasn’t singling her out, because he was a cliche too. “Bad Boy get all the chicks” is essentially his life. When he was 13, he lost his virginity to a 16 year old. But why does he care about his opposite cliche? Because Anna Foster was his neighbor. In a neighborhood with thin walls, you can’t exactly keep many secrets to yourself. So even if he wanted to, he still heard every argument between Anna and her drunk of a mother. Anna was a goody two shoe cliche, but her mother was her own cliche.
