Foster Shepherd lives a rocky life for a sixteen year old girl. With her mom Amelia Shepard and her constantly getting into arguments as well as Amelia in and out of rehab.
Half the time she isn't even in her mothers care, not due to negligence but just for being under 18 and the fact she cannot live alone.
Her whole life back and forth between her mom (Amelia) and Derek, Lizzie, Nancy, and Kathleen.
Let's just say mental illness runs in the family.
Watch as her life grows together hopefully for the better.
