Alexandria: 17 year old Alex attends liberty high as a junior. She takes care of her "basically brother" Dylan Reed who has leukemia. She's overprotective and at times too naive for her own good. She's had some rough times in her past but that only makes her more willing to wear her heart on her sleeve. However, she's not too trusting when it comes to guys. After some previous heartbreak can she find true love again?

Dylan Reed: Dylan is only 13 years old but has had it rough from the get go. He's been battling leukemia and often comes across as a jaded little asshole to everyone he meets, except the girl who's looked after him his whole life: Alex. In a recent turn of events Dylan has finally realized his sexuality and even falls for a sweet guy (can you guess who?)

Noah Patterson: Noah Patterson is the new kid in town. Middle school + being the new kid is a disaster waiting to happen. All Noah wants is to blend in and go unnoticed but that plan goes awry when he stumbles upon the one and only Dylan Reed.

Jake Patterson: Jake Patterson is one you would call "to himself". Unlike his brother Noah, Jake wants nothing to do with making friends his junior year of high school. He wants to maintain his perfect GPA and get the hell outta dodge. However, when a bullying incident turns into an epic confrontation he's left wondering about the mysterious and eccentric girl who saved his face from an ice pack.

What do all of these beautiful (possibly tragic) characters have in common? They are all outcasts in one way or another. Read more to discover their awesome (and at times hilarious) adventures!
