Awhile ago my best friend (Ophelia) and I (Arlee) decided to finally take control of our lives so we packed our bags and moved to Asheville, North Carolina. Well if we're being honest six months isn't that long ago but it feels like it here. since being here she has started working on saving up money to finally open up the cafe she is always dreamed of since as long as I can remember. My current job, as a stripper, may not be the best job but it makes the money I need to get through college and to pay rent here. 

Ophelia brought along her boyfriend of two years, Spencer. She has been waiting for him to propose since we moved here to Asheville because he bought her the house that she wanted and everything else was going according to plan except for the proposal. Her and I have talked about why it was taking him so long and the only excuse we ever come up with is work.

Tonight was Saturday night and there was supposed to be a big VIP section at work that I was in charge of entertaining. By entertaining I mean dancing and bringing drinks and practically whatever else they want. I have been working here for about five and a half months and I have made friends with one of the girls that I work with. I guess you could call her a friend but I only talked to her at work because when I'm not at work I'm with Ophelia or at home with Oscar, my cat.

What will happen tonight during the VIP meeting? Will it go as smoothly as I thought it would or did I mess up again? Who will I be meeting in the VIP section tonight?
