Short story. A therapist, accustomed to hearing disturbing stories, finds it difficult to reserve judgment. However, when a seemingly troubled client walks in, their own personal struggles and initial impressions cloud their perspective. As the session unfolds, both therapist and client confront their biases, leading to a pivotal moment of realization and understanding.

This short story is the very first version of what would later become my memoir.
