On a day off, Chuuya saves a girl who tries to commit suicide off a bridge. He gave her shelter, food and company. Only to find out she is the rumoured time manipulator, one of the most powerful gifted alive. During her time in the port mafia, she spilled a lot of blood, even more than Dazai. However one day after a loss of a friend her and Dazai magically vanish.

It was a warm quiet day in Yokohama. Lovecraft was enjoying a nap when he felt something fall into the ocean where he had been sleeping. He opened his eyes to see a waterproof package float down to him with a note on it. He swam up to the surface and looked around. He couldn't see anyone. But he smiled. He knew exactly who had sent him down the package. 

And she wasn't the type to wait around for him to come up, especially when she has things to do. Like reuniting with her friends and her little brother. 

Now that she is back in town things are bound to happen because trouble follows her everywhere.
