When I woke, I wasn't human anymore. The last thing I remember is the impact-a heavy blow, a flash of light, and then darkness. But when my eyes opened again, everything had changed. My body was no longer my own. My senses were heightened, my movements alien. And I was alone, face down in what seemed like an endless, echoing cave. It was dark and I was all alone I couldn't see anything, not even my hands in front of me. I felt all sick like I had a cold. " Where am I ? " I asked. " Your in your my mind ? " a voice replied. It sounded like we were in a cave. " What do you mean I'm in your mind ? " I asked again. " We are telepathically linked now, you can't run from me anymore, " replied the person " Just stop messing with me and tell me who you are and where am I, " I Sid. I started to get really eritated. And what did the person mean by you can't run from me anymore. Who was it that I was running from. Then I started to get a little dizzy and my through started to burn. Then all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I woke up. I was in a white room with like 1,000,000 bright light on me. It hurt a lot. Two Different Worlds; A Space Travelling Story
Jack, a scientist, who wanted to prove that 'time traveling' is real, created a machine that can do just that. When he tried to use it, instead of traveling time, he traveled through space and he ended up in a familiar but different land. Due to scientific logic and space travel, as parallel universes work, he finds himself stuck in this land while his alleged double, makes his life miserable in his real home. Will he ever find a way back to his own home, back to his own dimension? And will he ever adjust to the extremes of people in his new world? This story was inspired by The Martian by Andy Weir, the Parallel Universe Theory, and Astronomy logic. This is also my first time to write a first-person book. The balance of the universe is all about the balance of the forces. If one power is stronger than another then the earth would literally turn upside down and everyone and everything would die or cease to exist- that is in theory. I thought it was some hoax to make sure that the on going war between the heavens and the underworld does not end and underworld forces do not win. What if it is true and all I have to do is make everything right and we all go back to our lives? "Who are you?" I asked him but instead of answering my question he suddenly grabs my hand and pulls me for a run. I don't know where he will bring me but to my surprised, I let him. We run away from something I don't know. I just know that there is something that was pulling me through a deep unknown darkness. But he was there and now we are running away. I don't know who he is yet I trusted him with all my life. For that instant, I knew my heart belongs to him. *** *** "I didn't mean to love you yet I love you so much I cannot hold you so tight." I said those words and I couldn't stop myself not to feel the bitterness of the truth we are going to face. But still I hold her hand even though I know that it isn't right. We run and I save her. Yet, I don't know it was the beginning and I don't want to find out the ending. Still, the end is near and I cannot hold her even though my heart already belongs to her.
