You and Me Against an Army

Penelope and Clare are in a strange town with strange criminals and strange police. The group of ragtag teens that are wreaking havoc in the town have puzzled the police, but not Clare and Penny. They know that this illusive gang is leaving the faintest hints of their further plans in the old abandoned buildings that the police find. Clare and Penny know that these clues can lead to the clique of delinquents' capture. Though they know how to end the league's treachery, the police think that these couple of teenagers are wasting their time and that they do not belong in a town as dangerous as Isle o' Pearl, an island in the middle of the sea.
