It's kinda centred around a girl named Jessica/Jess (she is British btw so has an accent) and her story with Minho,

What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. After months in the Glade, and after watching many of her friends die in front of her, Sara is about to lose hope, but then a boy name Thomas come up from the box, and together with Minho they are trying to find a way out of the maze, but one of the boys in the Glade don't like they are trying to find a way out.
