Alfie had woken up 4 years ago in a place they don't recognise, without a name or a past. They yearn for something more than the village they live in. Something lurks in the forest, eating any travellers and a new lord moves into the abandoned manor that overlooks the village by the sea. He's dark and mysterious, filled with secrets he refuses to share. Their paths cross and Alfie finally has the adventure they yearn for.
