This is a compilation of information and facts about some of my favorite monsters from the Monster Hunter games. I'll mostly post about monsters I've already fought, though I may eventually do so for other monsters as well. I do not own Monster Hunter or any of its creatures.

Probably one of the most successful video game franchises in recent years, Monster Hunter has always been a series that has captured the imagination of many people with its fantastical yet realistic creatures. From the scary Vaal Hazak to the goofy Kulu Ya Ku, every last monster is unique and creative in its own way. With each species filling an ecological niche in the environment it inhabits, it honestly feels like you're exploring a real ecosystem, even if the animals that populate it are imagined. However, what if these creatures didn't come from a video game? What if these monsters were real flesh and blood animals that lived in our world?
