The Means to Serendipity

Asti, a woman who have never experienced a normal life since she hits puberty as her life goes around from moving places to places. She never complains about anything. A proclaimed good girl that is very loved by her family. When the time her family moved again from a new City, Asti took the courage to confront and ask her parents if can that City be the last place which they'll stay, but little did she know, from the past years, her parents already planned about permanently staying in the new City and live there as they could. She was elated by the latter result of her parents decision as she immediately thought about the good things that is happening to her. Like she'll be able to have friends and live a normal life like others. She won't leave people behind again. However, all of her wishes to have a peaceful and normal life escalated quickly when she met Ezlian.

Ezlian, a man who's hard to read, looks snobbish and cold, but a social butterfly. Ezlian runs his mouth whenever he could which made Asti annoyed to the point she avoided him intentionally, but being neighbors and being liked by his family made it hard for Asti to avoid him big time.

Is her annoyance and avoidance just an empty shell or is there more than its meet the the eye?
