Cursed a hundred years ago, Hazel Quant now lives in the heart of a bustling city as a Guardian. Tasked with keeping the balance between the Immortal Demons and the mortals of the city. Spoiler, it's not all it's cracked up to be, and Hazel is fed up with the same boring routine. That is until a new player joins the game, a player who knows how to push the balance without getting in trouble.  Will Hazel be able to keep her normal act, or will she suddenly find herself pinned under her new competition?

As a note, this story will be updated slowly as I have some personal things to sort out in my life, but I am hoping this story helps me out... and I hope others will like it..
