In a world where an uncured curse from the Gods could turn a living being insane and bewildered. A former head guardian was legally pronounced dead four years ago after he returned from his travels to study more about the curse. But little did anyone know that it was all a cover-up of his 'unknown runaway, and only his old friend, Wyatt, knew it all. For nearly four years, Wyatt felt lost in his grief; he couldn't face it and yearn for nothing more than the past. He then decided to set up a plan for a journey to find his 'missing' friend. In his journey, he'll uncover several untold truths and many unexplainable sightings that he couldn't have expected or believed. This story tells how Wyatt went through an adventure he had never imagined that ended up leading him to accept the cruelty of reality and his own faith.

A retelling of the Hades and Persephone myth, a story of fate, the struggle for power, and love found in the most unexpected places. ***** Persephone has been raised in Olympus all her life - her mother absent, her father a cruel king, with her siblings teaching her all they know. She has seen all of what the gods and goddesses do and she is sick of it. When she learns her safety is threatened by staying in Olympus, she flees to the Underworld. There she stays until she learns that her leaving has caused the world to wilt. But leaving behind her newfound friends and Lady of the Underworld is something she will not do willingly, no matter the consequences.
