At twelve years old Princess Dai Yu agrees to marry Prince Zuko, believing that it will bring her country peace. Even before she and her husband were banished she struggled to adapt to her new life; With her homeland annexed and the rejection of her adopted nation, Dai Yu can't find her place in the world and isn't even sure where she stands in her relationship.
